Order info,

AT OUR SHOP YOU CAN  :

- *make an account to login (please store your account data safe, well and keep it secret).

- select your product to order (add to cart+select amount) and continue shopping and to leave the cart click on the " X " in the right upper corner or click outside the frame.

- click " shopping cart " to check out and follow instructions to finish your orders.

- after finishing shopping, you will receive aa automatic confirmation with the order details.

Automatic order actions you can get by mail or you can find back in your account: 'Order status'

- Order notice 'processing': Order is noticed and ready to be processed, all info about stock,delivery time, shipping cost and final invoice you will get by mail or account .

- Order notice 'sent': Orders is sent same day.

- Order notice 'ready to ship': Order is paid and will be shipped the same day, or the day after.

- Order notice 'ready to pick-up': Order is ready to pick up after making appointment.(see "About us"

- Order notice 'backorder': Order was not in stock shall be ordered to supplier, we will contact you for delivery state and keep you posted.

- Order notice 'deleted': Order is deleted because you asked for it or was false and untrue or placed by accident.

- Order notice 'paid an delivered': order is finished.

- Provided your products are in stock & we are not experiencing unusually high order volumes, these products that has to be ordered are in normal conditions received in 1-2 weeks, if available at suppliers of course. However, if you purchased an item that is on 'BACKORDER' your parcel will be held until that products have arrived in stock unless you give us a note to send .

- Minimum order amount = €10.00
